Aunties and Uncles : Embracing Healthy Ageing

Aunties and Uncles is a therapeutic multicultural group for people over 50 years of age offering welcome, inclusivity and an opportunity for participants to practise conversational English. It also has a focus on healthy ageing and involves psycho-education, gentle exercise, laughter therapy and a range of other games and activities that privilege both good health and re-creation. We also provide a light lunch
