West Melbourne Sunday Services Recommencing
Launching
After informal shared meals in homes over the Christmas-New Year holiday season, we are recommencing worship services in the West Melbourne Baptist Church and Community Centre from Sunday 31 January 2021.
Times
These gatherings commence at 5.30pm and run for approximately 60-75 minutes. We schedule these gatherings on Sundays at 5.30pm to enable people to connect with their families and friends over coffee and meals earlier in the day.
Style
Our worship gatherings are informal as we are a small church community. We break in the middle of our gathering for a cuppa because we believe connecting and checking in with each other is important and not an extra to what we do.
Safe
While thankfully we have now had many COVID infection free days in Victoria, we still need to be observing the current gathering protocols. These include signing in (by pen or QR), sanitizing, safe distancing when standing or sitting, refraining from shaking hands, hugging etc.
